Foreclosures in Town?

Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Kent, Washington? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Kent?

I have recently looked on the NWMLS and currently in the city of Kent there are 57 houses on the market that are either pre-foreclosure or foreclosure. Keeping in mind that there may be more that are not listed. In my opinion the impact of these listings is minor compared to other parts of the country.
